All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Must be returned in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

How to Return

Email info@amberandcoral.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief reason for return

We’ll send return instructions and process your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds: Only applicable in special cases. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
